01 / MATERIAL

Material & Program Setup

Every wheel program begins with a verified material input and an approved application specification. We confirm the alloy grade, heat number, wheel size, load requirement, fitment data and finish standard before production starts.

  • Material certificate
  • Approved specification sheet
  • Incoming inspection record

02 / FORMING

Forging & Structural Forming

The aluminum billet is heated and forged under controlled pressure to create the grain flow and structural profile required for the intended vehicle application. Forming temperature, die setup and process parameters are recorded for repeatable production.

  • Forging parameter record
  • First-piece confirmation
  • Process photos

Heat Treatment & Property Control

Heat treatment and controlled cooling stabilize the mechanical properties of the forged wheel and reduce internal stress before precision machining. Key cycle data is recorded to maintain consistent strength, hardness and dimensional behavior across batches.

  • Heat-treatment cycle record
  • Hardness test result
  • Batch traceability record

04 / MACHINING

CNC Machining & Fitment Verification

Critical fitment features—including the center bore, PCD, offset, mounting face and valve-hole position—are CNC machined against the approved drawing. Dimensions and runout are verified before the wheel moves to surface finishing.

  • Dimensional inspection report
  • Runout measurement
  • Machining process photos

Surface Finishing & Color Control

Surface preparation, coating and curing are controlled against approved color, gloss and texture standards. Sample comparison, coating thickness checks and appearance inspection help keep the finish consistent from the first wheel to the complete order.

  • Approved finish sample
  • Coating thickness record
  • Appearance inspection result

Final Inspection & Shipment Release

Each production batch is released only after dimensional, appearance, balance and packaging checks are completed. Buyers can review inspection records, packing photos and shipment references before the order leaves the factory.

  • Final inspection report
  • Packing photos
  • Shipment and lot records
